If a joint isn’t sealed, a cap isn’t seated square, or a sweep leaves debris behind, that’s on us to fix.
• Professional-grade parts and materials, no substitutions. We specify DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield for a reason. These are the brands that hold up to Bridgewater’s freeze-thaw cycles and the acidic condensation from modern, efficient appliances. If we deviate from what was quoted, without your explicit approval, the Keystone Standard applies.
